Are messages really unlimited?
Yes. There's no per-message charge from inst8. Your SIM provider's fair-use policy applies (typically 1,500–3,000/day depending on carrier). We batch-send 30–40 messages every 10 minutes to stay well inside those limits.
What does a SIM card actually cost?
Separately from your inst8 plan, expect $10–$20/month for a SIM with unlimited domestic SMS — sometimes cheaper depending on your country and carrier. Use any SIM, any carrier, anywhere.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — contact us for annual pricing. Most customers stay on monthly month-to-month with no minimum.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The 14-day trial requires no credit card, and you only pay when you decide to keep using it.
